Beside left hipbone i feel a long sausage shaped lump. what could this be?

?Lipoma: The question that needs to be answered is how long have you noticed the lump there. If it feels spongy, it could be a fatty tissue tumor or "lipoma" which is not cancerous. Most of the time they are left alone but if they start to grow and cause discomfort, they can be surgically removed. I advise to see your doctor to have area examined.
