Take pregnancy test: While I can't speak for Switzerland (wish I could!), in the States, I'd just tell you to take home pregnancy test, which are available here w/o prescription at most drug stores, even larger grocery stores, too. They're very accurate & inexpensive (again, in the States). Regardless of result, go see your Family Doc or OB/GYN to discuss birth control vs prenatal care options. Good luck!

Pregnancy test: I would start by getting a pregnancy test either a urine test or better a quantitative B-hcg blood test.
