See pediatrician: It does not sound like constipation but there is obviously something wrong. You need to get the child to the doctor and get checked out.

Maybe something else: Generally, there are three characteristics of constipation: infrequent stools, hard/hard to pass stool, and pain or discomfort. You just have the pain. Your problem may be something completely different related to a problem near the rectal opening/anus. Are you really only 7? Please talk to your mom, dad or other grown up about this. They want to help. Take care:)
