Where from?: Nipple discharge aka lactation or milk letdown is abnormal unless you're post-partum. Vaginal discharge depends upon individual (some have lots, others not). If concerned, your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood can evaluate to make sure you don't have an infection.

Hard to tell, see MD: The amount of vaginal fluid varies widely; what's normal for one woman may be abnormal for another. See a doctor if this is a change, you're wet most of the time, or have odor. If abnormal, there are many causes, some related to homones, others to infection, and other possibilities. If you're sexually active, STDs are a particular concern, so don't delay; get checked out soon. Good luck!
