A member asked:

Was prescribed neo penotran; on the 3rd day of use i got pinkish discharge with the rest of the what looks like is the suppository discharge, is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neopenotran: This product is used to treat trichomonas or yeast vaginal infections. Your pinkish discharge could be due to the inflammation/infection, trauma or irritation from the suppository. It's not possible to determine how much of the actual medication was retained. Therefore you'll have to observe for presence of persistent symptoms or consult your gynecologist.
