It your muscle mass: Men have more muscle mass than women and often are a lot warmer. Since your temperature is normal it does not sound like a serious internal medial problem. It would still be wise to see your physician and get a medical examination but this may be completely normal I suspect

NO problem: I doubt that you are that hot! Now your body may feel warm to her but if temp is normal there should be little problem . One thing that could be wrong is hyperthyroidism and this could make your skin warm. See the doc and find out if there is any problem. Best wishes
