See a doctor: I would suggst you see a doctor and get an examination and x-rays and see what is going on. Surgery can not be told without getting it checked.

Need an X-ray: what kind of fracture? did it heal completely? may need a follow up X-ray to see if it is completely healed. If xrayis negative then you might want to get a soft tissue study like an mri
