Urgent treatmrnt: You describe what sounds like a severe infection. I know that it is a little after midnight in the UK, but you need to be evaluated and stated on treatment urgently. If you can get to an accident & emergency at hospital, try to go and get evaluated and treated now. If not see your GP ASAP in the morning.
