Post-nasal drip vs ?: Dry cough that's worse at night and doesn't respond to inhalers makes me think of post-nasal drip vs (silent) acid reflux. Tell your parents/guardian about your symptoms and concerns then go see your Family Doc for complete evaluation & treatment. Of course, we shouldn't discount asthma either which means we need to determine which type of inhaler you're using eg SABA vs ICS vs ICS/LABA vs ?
