A member asked:

How long does adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) stay in your breast milk?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably 5-7 days: The duration that ANYTHING stays in breast milk's variably contingent upon lots of factors but the most important ones would be when the patient STOPPED a particular medication, the expected half life of that medication, and how frequently the woman breast feeds, pumps, etc. A reasonably safe period of time to wait for all this medication to clear out is 5-7 days. Check with your OB/GYN to be sure
