I overdosed on a few bottles of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) xr 30 mg a few days ago. (didn't get go to a er) now have chest pain & trouble breathing. is this normal?

See M.D. or ER immed: Chest pain and difficulty breathing in these circumstances is a medical emergency. You should immediately see a physician. You can call 911 or get to a hospital er immediately. When your medical condition is stable you should have a psychiatric consultation so you can can address the feelings and circumstances that led you to make a suicide attempt. This needs to be done in a safe environment

Call 911 or go to ER: Even though it was a few days ago, the xr version of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a time release version. You might have already taken your body on a roller coaster ride, and it might not want to go on the next one. Seek medical attention to be safe! you could have harmed your heart, and now it's showing signs. Let a doc draw some blood and take a look. Better safe than sorry!
