Pediatrician: She may have an infection or allergy in which case the medication may not help. See a pediatrician for exam/recommendations.

Colds: Colds are caused by viruses. There is no medicine that cures a cold, your body has to manage the infection. Medicines like aerokid are used to help relieve some of the more serious symptoms of a cold but WILL NOT MAKE THE ILLNESS GO AWAY. They only help manage wheezing from the lungs. If your child has had a cold for more than 3weeks then I recommend following-up with the pediatrician for re-eval.
