Question?: What is your question? Sounds like you have lots of room for improvement. Stop smoking, start exercising, stop eating sugar, get your blood sugar under control - and maybe you will stop having erectile problems. You are way too young at 42 to have ed. Start getting healthy now! it's not too late!

Many issues: If you have diabetes, you are likely having some blockage in your blood supply to the penis. Smoking only makes the situation worse. I assume that you are likely over 20 lbs above your ideal weight. Start exercising, stop smoking, lift weight more and the fork less often. These measures may help but may also be already too late for your erection but not for your health. See doctor.
