Polycystic ovarian s: Presumably you have irregular menses as a result of your PCOS. And you're now attempting to conceive. The only way to confirm pregnancy is to take home pregnancy test every time you're late. For instance, you might be checking every 4wks for several months in a row if your menses are that sporadic.
