Fairly good: If you're really ovulating 8-9 times a year, you have a pretty good chance of getting pregnant. The main problem for women with pcos is that they don't ovulate much. Once they ovulate, they usually get pregnant almost as well as women without pcos.

Lower: The chance is lower than for someone who ovulate 12 times per year but as long as you're ovulating, there is a chance of pregnancy.
