Need evaluation: by cardiologist. You are at the age when heart problems present as common occurrence. Although with the elevated blood pressure there may be other issues that needed to be further explored. You need to have a chest x ray to make sure that you don't have any lung condition that could cause the chest discomfort. I hope that it turns out to be no serious issue.
