No: No,I would bet that the breathing issues all stem back to your anxiety if you already relate the initial trouble breathing to the anxiety.It's not an abnormal complaint from people with anxiety to complain of having a hard time deep breathing because it's hard to do when one can't relax.Now that you have a diagnosis you can seek proper treatment where they can teach you how to manage your symptoms

May be you have more: than anxiety. Yesterday you were diagnosed with anxiety today it hurts when you breath deep. Both are not the same. Today your trouble is pleuresy which comes on with viral infection. This could be beginning . If you develop cough and fever than it is viral bronchitis and you need to see your doctor if that happens. Try a otc nsaid such as ibuprofen for the pain at the present time.
