Can the starting of testicualr torsion fix itself?

Possibly: If it was an intermittent torsion. But this is unusual and eventually you would prob have a torsion that would need evaluation and treatment. Best to see a Urologist and get a more definite answer. If you think you have a torsion, you should be seen immediately, otherwise the blood supply to the testicle can be compromised and need to be removed.
