Testicular torsion. what the heck is it ?

Twisting of testicle: Testicular torsion is a twisting of the blood supply (spermatic cord) that feeds the testicle. When this occurs, no blood is supplied to the testicle and it will die. This will require surgical removal of the testicle if not treated promptly. It is a medical emergency.

A dangling testis...: It's a dangling testis like a bell-clapper hinging below inguinal canal from inborn poor fixation of testis supposedly to the scrotal wall so it twists as testicular size increases and cremasteric muscle acts; this is intravaginal and happens to the puberty and adults. Those hinging above external inguinal ring are extravaginal, happening to newborn or before birth. Detail? Ask doc in expertise.
