Bladder: Women with interstitial cystitis often times present with complaints of pain with sex. If order to rule this out you need someone to do a cystoscopy and distend the bladder. Fibromyalgia, nerve pain such as inguinal neuritis, separation of the symphysis pubis and a couple other things may cause pain with sex.
