LLQ pain: It is difficult to determine the problem since there are multiple reasons that may contribute to left lower pelvic pain. The best thing to do is to schedule an appointment with obgyn for further evaluation/treatment. Reason: more info is needed and you need an eval. It could be gastrointestinal in origin, gynecological in origin and/or musculoskeletal in origin. I hope this helps. Stay safe.
