Many things: You can try antiinflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen when it's really bad as well as a heating pad for those particularly bad days. But maybe trying to get more mild exercise like walking, swimming, or even yoga or pilates that will help strengthen your muscles and your core which will also help your joints would help immensely.
