Pressure: Persistent or progressive symptoms despite antibiotics may indicate persistent (noninfectious) fluid or persistent infection resulting in asymmetric middle ear pressure and dizziness. If no myringotomy (ear) tube or ear drum perforation exists drops are unnecessary. See an otolaryngologist with persistent symptoms.
