Treat For Fungus: You may have a fungal skin infection called Tinea Cruris, aka Jock Itch. Warm/moist conditions in this area allow for fungal growth. Recommend good hygiene, bathing once or twice daily; thorough drying of area (hair dryer heat if needed). Over-the-counter anti-fungal cream (Lotrimin, Tinactin, (tolnaftate) Monistat) twice daily is needed to clear infection. See a doctor if not responding after 2-3 weeks of use
