Big differences: Eye twitches could be due to myokymia or blepharospasm, both fairly simple to address. But hemifacial spasms are very difficult to control full unilateral involuntary facial contortions, which may be due to irritation of the facial nerve inside the skull, which may require a neurosurgical approach. Critical to get this evaluated and diagnosed.
