See a neurologist: or Orofacial Pain specialist. Most causes of orofacial pain are benign and harmless. However, if you have facial pain with eye twitching that seems to come without any known cause (e.g. trauma), call your doctor for evaluation and referral to a neurologist or OFP.

Need MD evaluation: You are describing symptoms all related to the facial nerve. Some of the causes are minor; some are quite serious. Clearly, you need a thorough evaluation by your physician to get to the bottom of the cause and to find the right treatment
