URI: You probably have an upper respiratory infection especially with fever. If you currently have no fever and feeling better than I would use mucinex (guaifenesin) twice a day drink a lot of fluids and see if it resolves. If more fever probably need an antibiotic to help like a z pack

Viral URI: You likely have a viral upper respiratory infection. Treat with OTC medications, Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever,fluids and rest.Studies have shown that the color of your nasal secretions mean little. If your symptoms continue for 7-10 days this may progress to a sinus infection.
