A member asked:

My baby is 4 months sometimes when she breathes it sounds rumbly as if she has phlegm or something in the back of her throat. shes not sick, no fever, not fussy, not turning purple/blue, no boogers. shes overall a happy baby but is this normal ?

Nasal saline drops: She should sleep on her back. Use nasal saline drops and gently suction to remove mucus. A virtual consult with Healthtap can be helpful to you and your physician. You may upload an audio recording during the visit.
