A member asked:

My nails are always pink and a bit violet in the base. does it indicate a heart problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: What you're describing could be cyanosis, but that would be from a congenital heart condition that's usually not subtle. Discuss with your provider and consider obtaining and echocardiogram.
