You must mean: 4.9 to 1.5......1.2 and below is normal PS don't know what you mean by "thought to be down" sue to Naproxen...do you mean thought to be DUE to Naproxen....if so VERY RARE for Naproxen to cause elevated bilirubin Hope this helps you Dr Z
