Choir raincheck: Hate to say the singing event may tough with a cough and sore throat that is still giving flu like symptoms. However, try: antiinflammatory like ibuprofren, gargle with salt water, lozenges with menthol or eucalyptus, and over the counter cough syrup with an antihistamine & guaifenesin and drink plenty of clear liquids. Then, no hard evidence, I also use marshmallows & chicken soup.
