Check T level: Feelings of low libido (sexual drive), fatigue, decreased energy can be signs of hypogonadism (low testosterone (t)). This can be determined with a simple blood test. Low t is generally treated with testosterone replacement which can be administered in different ways (topical gel, injection, pellet implantation). You should see your physician and discuss this further.

Multiple factors: Libido or sex drive is a highly complex issue which is relative to many factors. Age, relationship status, childbearing, physical illness, and other psychiatric influences. This is not simply a hormonal issue although that can play a role. Physician consultation is very important.
