Sounds like: If u r again having symptoms (the odor and discharge) it sounds like the BV is back and will require another full course of treatment.BV is extremely hard2 eradicate since the normal peroxidase positive lactobacillus that keep the vaginal pH slightly acidic must grow back after the anaerobes (smelly bacteria) are killed.You need the full course of meds then I advise using repHresh vaginal 4 awhile
