Probably BV: Yes, probably bacterial vaginosis. In fact, I could quote your question to teach med students and residents: the most common symptom of BV is strong odor, often described correctly as fishy. The second most common is vaginal discharge, usually small in amount. See a doctor to confirm the diagnosis, to test for STDs (more common in women with BV, and get treated. Good luck!
