Hard to tell: This may be from a viral infection, drug reaction or some other causes. If the problem persists for another week or getting worse, call your doctor . In the meanwhile try antihistamine every 12 hrs (double the usual dose ) and see if this helps. Dry skin may also cause itching and thus applying a moisturizer
