Why does my one incisional scar hurt from going on 3yrs now a appendectomy laparoscopicly performed? the scar in question is right under my belly button and now it has like a dull ache/ pulling sensation when moving around?

A scar should not be symptomatic or burn. It may be due to nerve entrapment in the scar. It would be prudent to consult the surgeon who performed the surgery or your primary care provider. Wish you good health!
