Implantation: this could be implantation bleeding if it's only a little spotting, if the flow is heavier than that, the this may indeed be your period. If you are trying to get pregnant, go see your Family Doctor or OB/GYN to make sure your physical health is optimized and that there's no general medical issue that would make conceiving harder. Wait: Wait it out. Vaginal bleeding is not always a period. If you are pregnant then you can get implant bleeding early in pregnancy. Only time will show if this is menstrual bleeding or other bleeding. Follow up with your doctor if continues or gets worse.
