Im 9week and 6 days i got an ultrasound, not a transvaginal one, the tech said she saw no heartbeat, is this common, i dont have any cramping, blood.

No: at that stage, you should see a heart beat although sometimes your dates can be off. It depends on how big the baby is. If the embryo is > 7 mm and there is no heart beat, then unfortunately it would be consistent with pregnancy failure
