Call your doctor: While it is not uncommon for some women to have mild cramping and some vaginal bleeding after a routine transvaginal ultrasound, however it is best to notify your doctor who performed the procedure about significant pain and bleeding. They may want to see you again to ensure everything is ok. Good luck!
