Yes: While most women are not going to develop significant scarring inside the uterus as a result of a pregnancy termination - having repeated terminations could have that effect and that could have a negative effect on fertility. An HSG or a sonohysterogram would be able to show if there is scarring / adhesions inside the uterus. If that does occur it is treatable by surgical intervention.
