If i have scar tissue on the uterus which is causing me to not have a period, how can it be fixed? i have done provera (medroxyprogesterone) with no success.

See details: It sounds like you are describing Asherman syndrome. This is scarring of the endometrium. This frequently follows a d&c that was performed for bleeding or infection. Progestin will not work. The scars need to be lysed (broken up so to speak) through a hysteroscope. Afterwards, a device is placed in the uterus to prevent new scars and you are treated with estrogen to rebuild the endometrium.
