Pregnancy test?: 37 days after sex is way too early for an ultrasound to show a pregnancy, so that makes sense. Was your pregnancy test positive though? If you've has normal periods it says you are not pregnant, could the bleeding have been for another reason? Do a pregnancy test again to be sure. I'm going to guess you re not 46 years old? That is part of the answer too. best wishes.
