Choice of foods: It's not the restaurant, it's the food.... Most restaurants have enough variety that you can choose to eat poorly or you can choose to eat healthy. It's up to you to choose skinless chicken over prime rib, steamed vegetables over french fries, water instead of a milk shake, and fruit cup instead of a pie. You can also choose to eat smaller quantities by sharing or taking some home.

Unhealthy restaurant: All fast food restaurants are mostly unhealthy. Sure they may have a few healthy options, but the foods they advertise and the majority of the foods on their menus will provide you with nearly all of your daily calorie needs in one meal. Try to eat at home or prepare meals you must eat when at work yourself at home if you want to eat healthier!
