The pain in: your right tigh could be due to due to minor injury or inflammation to tissues in your upper, outer thigh area.(Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome) or compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve (meralgia paresthetica). Pain in your chest above breast could be due to a costochondritis or inercostal neuritis or pleuresy. See your doctor. In the mean time take Ibuprofen for pain.

Probably not related: The thigh pain sounds like a tight ITB band for which you can try stretching and massage. If you have been ruled out for a dangerous pathology like a clot, your dull pain over the breast with breathing may be simply muscle strain (intercostals) or possible costochondritis, both of which are benign conditions. I'd suggest you see your doctor if not resolving on its own or getting any worse.
