Urinary infection: You definitely need to be seen by a doctor. With the urinary frequency and back pain, I'm certain that you have a urinary infection. The question is, how much of the urinary tract is involved - as these infections can go upwards from the bladder into the body. That's why it needs evaluation. Your sore throat could relate to that or something else (circumstances of how you got the UTI).
