I think i have appendicitis but i am not having the pain in the right hand side all the time it last about an hour and then goes away for a while it has been going off for about a week is it appendicitis?

See a doctor ASAP: Any unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain should be evaluated right away. Appendicitis maybe, but other problems also are possible. If sexually active, maybe pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), a complication of gonorrhea or chlamydia, especially if you also have vaginal discharge and/or at risk for STD, e.g. new partner, partner with other partners, etc. If at risk, consider an NHS GUM clinic.
