Nothing likely: We humans often get strange nerve symptoms that come and go and are mere normal variations of our experience. However, sometimes this innocent sounding "numbs left of stomach" can be the first warning sign of something serious like guillan barre, transverse myelitis, vasculitis, myelopathy... So never want to make light of symptoms such as this, still in all likelihood nothing would be found here
