Possible: It could be related to the previous salpingitis. Also could be related to endometriosis, ovarian cysts, ovulation, scar tissue from the salpingitis, and even inguinal hernias (may also have a bulge in groin). If it is ongoing, or getting worse, it's worth having a follow up appt. with your GYN doctor. Hope this helps!
