Get checked: Mainly to diagnose, treat, and then feel better; you should have this evaluated. I would suspect this is tinea versicolor, but this is impossible to know without close visualization of the rash and without asking key background questions. Good luck!

See Doc: If the brown spots hurt and itch you should see a doctor for his opinion regarding you have an infection. You may have folliculitis or even fungal infection. I hope you get better soon.
