My wrist doesnt hurt that bad, but certain movements it feels very tense, like i want to pop it but i can't pop it the right way. how do i pop it? i sprained it for a while and it just stopped hurting but now its tense alot.

Physical therapy: If you had a recent injury, the best treatment at this point would be physical therapy to restore strength and range of motion to the wrist. I believe that would eliminate that sensation of tenseness and the need to pop it.
